Friday Fancies: New Year, New You!

Happy First Friday of 2013! Hope everyone's new year has started off on the right foot! and a short work week on top of it? No complaints around here! This week, {av} challenged us to start the New Year with New Year, New You. I thought I would go a little bit out of my element with these leather leggings. Now, they are a huge risk! But I have seen so many people pull them off so well that maybe in my fantasy they might work, dressed up or down! What's one trend out of your comfort zone that you'd want to try?

Hope you all have relaxing weekends! I'm going turtle racing tonight (haha I can't wait!) and then the rest of my weekend is whatever I want it to be. I want to go skating before all the ice melts! Have a great weekend!

    Those leather leggings are great! I don't think I'm brave enough to pull them off but you've styled them to perfection. Maxi's aren't exactly out of my comfort zone, but I still haven't worn one and really want one ;)
