Friday Fancies: Beachy Chic

I absolutely love the beach! It's probably one of my favorite things about summer. The grand part of it is, I feel so thankful to live only three miles from Lake Michigan so the beach is always close at hand. I need to go more though. Things just always seem to get in the way!

But if I were to go today (hopefully I can go on Sunday!), I'd definitely want to walk up and down the beach with my family in this little outfit. I love this maxi, color and all, and I LOVE this beach bag. It's perfect for holding all the essentials: magazines, a blanket, a picnic, all that good stuff! Plus, I just had to add the fedora. I had to! Have you been to the beach lately? What's your essential beach look?

Hopefully my weekend will be able to squeeze in some beach time! I have a full day of work today, wedding tomorrow, and hopefully on Sunday I can relax and recharge. What are you up to?

    Love this beach look! The skirt is so pretty paired with that tank! I live right across the street from the beach so spend a lot of time there in the summer. My beach look is usually a bathing suit, a cute sundress, a side braid, and my floppy hat! Happy Friday!
